A Scottish hill in the shape of a woman’s breast. Often found in pairs – Maiden Paps, nr Hawick, Scottish Borders TD9; Paps of Fife (North side of Firth of Forth, Scotland). Occasionally single – Pap of Glencoe (Gaelic – Sgorr na Ciche), just South of Loch Leven, about an hour’s moderately challenging walk from the Glencoe Visitor Centre. There are even three of them together on the Isle of Jura off the West coast of Scotland. [Underquark]

Etymology

Pap – Scots word for breast, from the Latin papilla (meaning the nipple and surrounding areola) possibly via Old Norse or Old English – pappe. [Underquark]
