Basket-of-eggs

An egg shaped mound of moraine (unsorted angular rock) deposited by a melting glacier and then re shaped by the glacier as it moves over it. There is a steep side and a gentle slope. Many become grassed over,but can be found in groups or swarms. [P.C.]
